Far fewer can name what happens to those values the moment holding them gets expensive, a difficult conversation, a board member pushing back, a team member testing a boundary. This session works the gap between the leader someone intends to be and the leader their team actually experiences, using formative experiences (not generic strengths language) as the raw material for that examination.
