Breaking the patterns you set out to break this year.
This work begins where repeated effort stops producing lasting change.
Most change efforts focus on what is visible: behavior, communication, performance, and outcomes. Sustaining Impact begins earlier. It looks at the patterns underneath what keeps repeating, whether those patterns are showing up in a person, a team, or a wider system.
This is the work of terrain mapping.
If you are tired of insight that never quite becomes lasting change, this work is designed for that gap.
Before you begin
Before stepping into this work, sit with four questions:
Are you ready to examine patterns you or your system has avoided?
Are you willing to stay in the unknown long enough without fixing, fleeing, or forcing an answer?
Are you ready to address underlying causes rather than constantly managing symptoms?
Are you ready to respond from clear intention rather than immediate reaction?
If these questions land somewhere real, whether for you personally or for the system you live and work in, you may be ready to begin.
The whole pattern
Lasting change rarely comes from isolated fixes. It requires learning to see the whole pattern: how we relate to ourselves, how we work with others, and how the environments around us quietly shape what becomes possible.
Whether you are working with your own growth, leading a team, shaping an organization, or trying to create more lasting alignment in your own life, you are always working inside a system. If you can only see part of the system, you can only change part of the picture.
This understanding sits at the center of the Sustaining Impact Model™.
Developed through years of watching the same patterns play out in people’s lives, work, and relationships, this model is built on a simple premise: insight alone does not create sustainable change. Sustainable change emerges through the ongoing relationship between awareness, behavior, relationships, and the conditions in which they exist.
This is not another method for solving one problem at a time. It is a way of seeing the interconnected patterns that either support lasting change or quietly work against it. As those patterns become visible, different choices become possible. Insight becomes practice. Practice becomes alignment. Alignment becomes the basis for sustainable impact.
Ways to begin
There are several ways into this work, depending on where you are starting and how deeply you want to engage. Each option is designed to help you see more clearly, work more intentionally, and build change that can actually hold.
A personalized pattern assessment and ten-page interpretive report
Sometimes the clearest place to begin is with a fuller picture of what is happening now.
The Sustaining Impact Terrain Map is a signature assessment experience designed to help individuals identify the patterns, capacities, and conditions shaping their ability to create lasting change. Participants complete a custom assessment and receive a personalized ten-page interpretive report that helps make those patterns more visible and easier to work with.
This is not a generic score or summary. It is a substantive picture of where patterns are operating, what they are reinforcing, and where different choices may now be possible. The report is followed by a private 90-minute interpretation session where we review what is emerging, identify what matters most, and clarify the most meaningful next step.
The three Masterclasses introduce the core dimensions of the Sustaining Impact Model: Awareness, Activation, and Alignment. They are a strong place to begin if you want a structured introduction to the work and practical tools you can use right away.
Each 90-minute live session combines teaching, guided reflection, practical tools, and conversation to help you recognize the patterns shaping your leadership, relationships, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. You can attend a single Masterclass or complete the full series. Either way, you will leave with insights you can begin applying immediately.

The Terrain Map Intensive™ is for people who are ready to move beyond insight and into sustained practice. It is the deepest individual pathway on this page.
This immersive learning experience combines the full Masterclass Series, the Sustaining Impact™ Master Assessment, a guided participant workbook, and private integration sessions. It is designed to provide the structure, support, and accountability needed to integrate the Sustaining Impact Model into your leadership, your work, and your everyday life.
Rather than simply learning new concepts, you will build the capacity to notice patterns earlier, make more intentional choices, and create conditions that support meaningful change over time.
Stop managing behaviors. Start understanding the patterns shaping your team.
Every team has patterns. Some create trust, innovation, and accountability. Others quietly drain energy, slow decisions, create unnecessary conflict, and limit performance. The challenge is that most of these patterns are invisible to the people living inside them.
Organizations often respond by prescribing new behaviors: communicate more, collaborate better, hold each other accountable. While well intentioned, those prescriptions rarely create lasting change because they address the visible behavior rather than the pattern producing it.
The Sustaining Impact™ Team Sprint begins somewhere different.
We help teams excavate the recurring patterns that shape how they think, communicate, make decisions, and work together. Once those patterns become visible, the conversation shifts. Teams stop asking, “Who needs to change?” and begin asking, “Is this pattern taking us where we want to go?”
That single shift changes everything.
How the Team Sprint works
The Team Sprint is a structured 90-day process that combines individual insight, team awareness, and practical experimentation to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Step One — Individual Pattern Assessment
Each team member completes the Sustaining Impact™ Pathway Assessment, providing a detailed picture of the recurring patterns that shape their work, communication, and decision-making. Every participant receives an individualized report designed to increase self-awareness rather than assign labels.
Step Two — Leadership Pattern Review
Before meeting with the team, we work with the leader to explore the collective patterns emerging across the assessment data. The goal is not to identify problems or people to fix. It is to understand the system the team has created together.
Step Three — Team Pattern Excavation
During a facilitated team session, we hold up a mirror to the collective patterns shaping the team's effectiveness. Without blame or judgment, the team begins recognizing the habits, assumptions, and interactions that consistently produce their current results.
Step Four — The 90-Day Experiment
Rather than prescribing solutions, the team designs a small number of intentional experiments to interrupt patterns that are no longer serving them while strengthening the patterns they want to sustain.
Step Five — Integration
Over the following 90 days, we reconvene to review what has changed, what has emerged, and what new patterns are beginning to take root. The goal is not temporary improvement. It is lasting alignment.

A different kind of team development
Most team development begins by telling people what they should do differently.
The Sustaining Impact™ Team Sprint begins by helping people understand the patterns they are already living inside.
Because patterns are not problems. They are information. Some patterns consistently take teams where they want to go. Others quietly take them somewhere else. Our work is not to judge those patterns.
Our work is to help your team recognize them, understand them, and consciously choose which ones they want to strengthen and which ones they are ready to leave behind.
Investment: Custom proposal based on scope and delivery
Leadership carries challenges that often cannot be worked through well in a group setting. This private partnership is for executives, founders, and senior leaders who want a trusted thinking partner while navigating complexity, leading change, and strengthening their capacity to respond with clarity, intention, and presence.
Together, we apply the Sustaining Impact Model to the real opportunities and pressures you are facing, creating practical strategies that support both immediate effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
If you already know where you want to begin, choose the pathway that fits and reserve your space. If you are not sure which option is the right fit, start with the one that gives you the clearest view of your current pattern and next step.
