One Model. Four Pathways.
A Deeper Way of Working with Patterns.
The Global IOC Launch Series is an entry point into an integrated body of work built around one shared practice: pattern excavation, and one developmental architecture: Awareness, Activation, and Alignment.
Most attempts at change begin with visible behavior and advice about what to do differently. This work begins earlier. It looks beneath behavior to the recurring patterns that shape how we make meaning, respond emotionally, exercise agency, relate to others, and move through the systems that shape our lives.
These patterns are not treated as defects to correct or behaviors to judge. They are information. They show us what has been operating, what outcomes it continues to create, and whether it is taking us where we actually want to go.
Terrain Orientation Sessions
If you are not sure where to begin, join one or more of the complimentary 30-minute Terrain Orientation Sessions. Each session offers a concise overview of what is covered in the program, the terrain it explores, and who it is designed to support.
Finding Your Starting Point
These short orientation sessions are designed to help you understand the focus of each pathway and decide where you want to begin.
One Developmental Architecture
Every pathway in the Global IOC Launch Series is built around the same developmental movement: Awareness, Activation, and Alignment.
Masterclasses create awareness.
They introduce the core frameworks and pattern terrains inside each pathway, helping participants recognize what has been shaping their leadership, relationships, decisions, and systems beneath the surface of visible behavior.
Full programs create activation.
They move participants beyond insight and into guided application, where awareness is translated into practice through real conversations, real choices, and real-life conditions. This is where participants begin interrupting familiar patterns and building the capacity to work with them in real time.
Alignment is where new patterns begin to hold.
Through sustained integration, participants strengthen the tools, habits, structures, and relational practices that support lasting change over time. Alignment is not a quick fix. It is the process of establishing patterns that can actually hold under pressure.
Beginning in 2027, Alignment-level experiences will expand through selected intensives and retreats designed for deeper integration, embodiment, and long-term generative impact.
Four Pathways
Detach from Drama
Detach from Drama excavates the patterns that generate emotional reactivity and relational entanglement, including how meaning is made, how emotional reactions become habitual, how stories take shape, and how those stories are given away, received, and spread through relationships and teams.
This work begins before visible conflict, at the point where interpretation becomes reaction and individual experience begins shaping collective reality.
Ways to begin
- PAUSE Model Intensive, a live virtual introduction to the framework.
- Masterclass Series, four deep, reflective sessions exploring the patterns that sustain drama.
- Full Series Bundle, $725.
- Detox from Drama, a four-week guided integration lab with four two-hour sessions, a full participant workbook, and three hours of coaching. Fridays from 11am -1pm EST - Sept 4th, Sept 11th, Sept 18th & Sept 25th
- Organizational Engagements, relational culture work for executive teams and intact leadership groups.
Sustaining Impact
Sustaining Impact excavates the patterns that prevent insight from becoming lasting change. It examines the habits, relationships, choices, and environmental conditions that either support alignment or quietly pull people and systems back toward familiar outcomes.
This work is for people and organizations who are tired of repeated effort that never quite becomes sustainable change.
Ways to begin
- Sustaining Impact Terrain Map, a personalized pattern assessment and interpretive report.
- Masterclass Series, Awareness, Activation, and Alignment. Wednesdays, 1:30 - 3:00 pm EST - August 19th, 26th, Sept 2nd
- Alignment Intensive, a deeper individual pathway for sustained integration and practice.
- Team Sprint, a structured process for teams ready to excavate patterns and experiment with new ways of working.
- Executive Partnership, private support for leaders navigating complexity and change.
Agency Without Anger
Agency Without Anger excavates the patterns that separate people from authorship of their own voice. It explores anger as information, the adaptations that lead to self-abandonment, and the power patterns that leave capable people editing themselves, shrinking, or going quiet when something real needs to be said.
This work is not about becoming louder or more forceful. It is about recognizing where agency is being surrendered and reclaiming authorship without disappearing, escalating, or taking someone else’s voice in the process.
Ways to begin
- Masterclasses and pathway experiences designed to help participants recognize where agency has been fragmented, surrendered, or distorted.
- Deeper program pathways that support responsible power, clearer authorship, and embodied practice.
- Future Alignment-level intensives and retreats beginning in 2027.
Generative Leadership: Identity, System Sight and Generative Impact
Generative Leadership is an entry point into integrated leadership and presence. It invites a different kind of work, becoming a person whose identity, systems awareness, and impact are fully integrated into one steady presence.
This pathway examines the fractures between who we intend to be, how our environments actually function, and what our presence ultimately creates. Rather than focusing only on skills or external performance, it helps leaders work with the whole terrain of leadership, identity, systems awareness, and generative impact.
The three pillars
- Identity, developing the clarity, self-awareness, and internal alignment needed to stand firm under pressure without defaulting to defensive armor.
- System Sight, learning to distinguish what is structural from what is personal so you can see the larger forces shaping behavior, relationships, and outcomes.
- Generative Impact, building the structures, relationships, and conditions where collective capability can grow and thrive long after you leave the room.
Ways to begin
- Masterclass Series, Identity, System Sight, and Generative Impact.
- Generative Leadership Profile, an assessment, debrief, and focused practice map.
- Team Workshop or Cohort Sprint, shared language and collective practice for executive teams, cohorts, and intact groups.
- Executive Partnership, deeper private support for leaders committed to integrating identity, systems awareness, and generative impact over time.
Before you Begin
Before you cross this threshold, sit with four questions:
- Are you ready to examine patterns you or your system have avoided?
- Are you willing to stay in the unknown long enough without fixing, fleeing, or forcing an answer?
- Are you ready to explore what is operating beneath visible behavior rather than continually managing its symptoms?
- Are you ready to choose which patterns you will continue reinforcing and which you are prepared to change?
If these questions land somewhere real, whether for you personally or for the system you live and work in, you may be ready to begin.
