Dr. Peggy Marshall is the founder of Global IOC and the author of Detach from Drama and Sustaining Impact. With a PhD in Leadership and decades of experience as an executive coach, educator, and program designer, she has dedicated her career to helping leaders and organizations create cultures where people and performance thrive.

Her work blends deep academic grounding with a passion for applied learning—ensuring that ideas don’t remain abstract, but are translated into everyday practices that shift how leaders think, act, and connect. Through Global IOC, she continues to design and deliver programs that equip leaders at every level to navigate complexity, sustain impact, and lead with clarity and courage.
