Foundation of credibility: My practice draws on adult development (Robert Kegan, Bill Torbert), psychological safety (Amy Edmondson), and systemic team coaching (Peter Hawkins, David Clutterbuck). With a PhD in Leadership and Change, I bring the best of leadership theory into conversation with your daily realities. These frameworks were forged in practice, not just conceived in a classroom.

  2. Coaching Engagement
    Typical engagements last 6–12 months with bi-weekly sessions that are reflective, challenging, and intensely practical.
  3. Integration & Embodiment
    Between sessions, you’ll practice micro-pauses in meetings, somatic check-ins before high-stakes conversations, and brief reflection loops to move from insight to habit.
  4. Measuring What Matters
    We track progress across your leadership competencies and the outcomes that matter—decision quality, execution, trust, and resilience.

To remain fully present for each client, I limit the number of executives I coach each year.
