The Global IOC Essential Coaching Skills is facilitated by Judy Horton, CBC, SHRM-SCP. Sessions can be taken individually or as a group for a certificate in Essential Coaching Skills. All modules are being submitted for SHRM PDC. In the meantime, we will help you submit to obtain the PDC’s for the modules.

If you are a new leader, team leader, or just want to upgrade enhance your coaching skills, this program with provide you with opportunities to build and strengthen relationships and coaching skills all while interacting with coaches throughout the world as you discuss integration of coaching practices into your own workplace. The Global IOC Essential Coaching Skills program meets ninety minutes weekly for six weeks. It is a combination of virtual training, reflection, case studies, and peer coaching practice. The topics follow the proprietary Global IOC coaching model and are based upon building and expanding competency in the core skills of connecting, communicating, clarifying, championing, and committing.
