Marilyn is the Founder and President of EDGE Performance Acceleration. By using a process driven approach in combination with a deep and intuitive understanding of the “human element”, she delivers positive outcomes for her clients helping them improve their productivity and profits. Marilyn brings a high level of energy and passion to her work and is an engaging speaker in venues from the classroom to the executive boardroom.
Marilyn’s areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Organizational and Team development. Her clients span multiple industries throughout the US including Healthcare, Finance, Education, Manufacturing and Distribution. She also works with multiple clients in the non-profit arena. Clients have included General Electric, Northwestern Mutual, Kindred at Home, Philips North America, The Cleveland Clinic, HCA, Catholic Health Initiatives, and numerous others.
Marilyn has over 25 years of professional experience in healthcare, sales, marketing, corporate training, coaching and leadership development. She spent much of her career working for GE Healthcare. Marilyn has degrees in Radiologic Technology and in Business Management. She is a Certified Business Coach™ with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™). Marilyn is also trained and certified in Professional Facilitation, Conversational Intelligence, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Six Sigma quality methodologies. She is a longstanding member of the American Society of Training and Development, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™) and the Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching.
Marilyn is married with two adult children and resides with her husband in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Marilyn is an advocate for the Alzheimer Association, serves as the Past Chair of the Board for Kathy’s House, and is on the Board of Nassco, Inc. Marilyn is a member of Milwaukee Women, Inc. In her free time Marilyn enjoys pursuing a number of outdoor activities including golf, biking, and kayaking.
