Faculty Wessel Jacobus Venter, MRC

Wessel is one of the founding members of Angaza OC. Angaza is the Swahili word that means “enlighten”. As Organizational Coaches, Angaza offers corporate clients executive-, individual- and team coaching. Angaza helps team members identify and embrace their unique contribution to the team, whilst appreciating and respecting the diversity of the team. For Angaza it is all about high performing teams and team excellence.

Wessel has been in leadership positions in both the private sector, The NGO sector and in organized business both on local, national, and international level. He is a former University Lecturer at the University of Pretoria.

Amongst others Wessel holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of the North West in South Africa and an Honors degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa, and various short courses and certificate courses. Wessel successfully completed the Global IOC Master Coaching Program, and is a Master Registered Coach (MRC) in The Global Coaching Network. Wessel is also on the faculty of the Global Institute of Organizational Coaching and a Co-Instructor of the GIOC Coach Training Programs.
