Ursula Clidiere, PhD, CBC™
Dr. Ursula Clidière is Global IOC’s Program Lead for Coach Supervision. At the Institute, she also offers Group Supervision for Business Coaches (organization internal or external). Ursula is a CSA and AC Accredited Coaching Supervisor, holds the CBC™ designation with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) with her Master CMBC™ designation pending. Inspired by creativity-fueled approaches to Coaching Supervision, Ursula has completed an EMCC accredited Practitioners Diploma Program which is looking at tapping into innate creativity reservoirs which in turn supports effective coaching and supervision practices.
As one of the Global IOC resident experts in vertical development, Ursula is trained in Spiral Dynamics and as a Leadership Maturity Coach (Cook – Greuter). Ursula offers her clients Spiral Dynamic Assessments and also coordinates MAP Leadership Assessment Inventories.
Ursula’s doctorate in IO Psychology, her practice as Coach Supervisor, and her studies in vertical development (maturity, development of self), are fueling her responsibly developmental approach to both, Supervision and Coaching. Her approach is dynamic, evidence based and research inspired, and co-creative. Ursula is a certified Coach Supervisor CSA, AC).
Ursula is the former head of Global Quality Management Systems and EU Medical Device compliance (45 sites) at a US Fortune 100. In 2005, she completed her doctoral degree program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her corporate career was followed by several years in Lifescience Compliance Consulting and Coaching. Ursula is a guest lecturer at the Manchester Metropolitan University in the Business Psychology faculty (also BPsy “Beeps” Mentor) and the Program Lead for Business Coaching Supervision at the Global Institute of Organizational Coaching.
