Coaching isn’t just a profession for Dr. Peggy Marshall—it’s a passion and a calling. With a deep belief in the power of coaching to transform individuals, teams, and entire organizations, she has dedicated her career to helping leaders navigate complexity, build resilience, and create meaningful impact.
As a master coach, Dr. Marshall holds fellowships with The Global Coaching Network and the Institute of Coaching at Harvard, honors that reflect her commitment to advancing coaching as both an art and a science. She has spent years not only coaching at the highest levels but also shaping the future of coaching through leadership roles in local and national coaching organizations.
Right now, her focus extends beyond borders—collaborating with Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Central Lancashire-Cyprus, and the The American College of Greece, The Ohio State University, as well as engaging in coaching initiatives in South Africa. For her, this isn’t just about teaching skills; it’s about creating workplaces where coaching becomes second nature—where conversations spark growth, leadership is more human-centered, and people thrive even in uncertainty.
Dr. Marshall’s approach is deeply personal and hands-on—whether she’s coaching executives, guiding organizations through change, or mentoring the next generation of coaches, her goal is always the same: to help people discover their own potential and lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
