This six-module program builds a strong foundation in coaching techniques, culminating in the final module: Detach from Drama, which focuses on eliminating workplace conflict and fostering a healthy team culture.

This 35-hour program is designed to provide comprehensive coaching education while maintaining a flexible learning format.
Program Duration: 6 Weeks
Virtual Training & Reflection Sessions – Weekly 90-minute sessions
One-on-One Coaching Oversight – Three individual coaching sessions (scheduled every other week)
Peer Group Coaching Practice – Engage in real-time coaching sessions with fellow participants
Final Review & Learning Assessment – Ensure mastery of coaching concepts before program completion
