Each week begins with a 60-minute recorded video session with Dr. Peggy Marshall. These engaging, research-based lessons introduce core coaching concepts you can apply immediately. - Weekly Reflection Assignments
Short written reflections help you personalize the content and apply it to your own leadership and workplace challenges. - Live Practice Leader/Coach Labs (Fridays)
Join your cohort for live, interactive one-hour sessions that bring the work to life through real-time demonstrations, peer coaching, and practical feedback. You’ll learn not only from the facilitator—but from one another.
The APC Designation: Coaching With Credibility
Upon successful completion, you’ll earn the Affiliate Professional Coach (APC) designation through The Global Coaching Network—a mark of distinction for leaders and coaches who embody coaching skills in action.
