We believe that learning does not stop once a coach finishes a course or certification program. Instead, our advanced learning programs are developed to provide continuing growth for individuals from the new coach to the master coach. Continuing to learn both competencies and capabilities, integrating learning and practices with clients, and interacting with peers in advanced learning settings leads to a well-rounded effective coach. Our topics are connected to the most relevant evidence-based and updated sources in the field of coaching, human behavior, psychology, transformational learning and organizational development. A variety of mediums will be used for learning from webinars to topical study groups to coaching practice dyads with the goal of elevating the coaching practice of all members.
