Overview

Core Corporate Coaching Facilitator Training

For individuals interested in developing others to become coaches, whether within internal or external environments, the Global IOC offers a core corporate coaching facilitator training program. The program is designed using the proprietary Global IOC curriculum which is a unique blend of scholarship and practice. Upon completion, participants are accredited to provide the Global IOC Core Corporate Coaching program under the supervision and guidance of Global IOC faculty. The faculty represent a team of globally certified coaches bringing depth from a variety of coaching contexts including health care, diplomacy, sales, financial services, government, compliance, and career development as well as other disciplines. Potential facilitators must possess the RCC™ designation or equivalent, undergo an interview prior to admittance into the program and commit to the Advanced Corporate Coaching program.

The Global IOC Core Corporate Coaching Program has been awarded the prestigious global distinction WABC Accredited (Level 1-RCC)™.  The WABC Accredited mark signifies that our program has met the highest global standards for business coaching training programs as set by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches™ (WABC™), the leading global authority for the business coaching industry.

Graduates of our program are eligible to receive their own individual qualification from WABC™, namely Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™). You may learn more about the RCC™ eligibility requirements from WABC™.

Program Structure:

For those participants with a CBC™ designation or equivalent, the course is comprised of two days of training and assessment followed by bi-monthly supervision calls and an annual on-site observation of facilitation.

For participants without a minimum of the RCC ™ or equivalent, there will be an additional two days of training prior to the beginning of the facilitation course followed by eight weekly calls to complete the Advanced Corporate Coaching program. The supervision and on-site observation requirements are the same.

Faculty

The Global IOC Coaching Program is led by Dr. Peggy Marshall, a WABC™ Certified Master Business Coach (CMBC™) and Senior Research Fellow at Middlesex University, London.  Dr. Marshall brings over twelve years of organizational coaching and development of a world-class internal coaching program with a Fortune 100 firm.  As faculty are added, they will also hold the CMBC™ designation.
